Shopping, Shipping & Delivery Policy

Shopping:

We do not stock our own inventory. When an order is placed, a shopping concierge is dispatched to our partner retailer where your order is fulfilled. The prices quoted on our website are based on the most recent pricing obtained from the respective outlet. Price changes may be realized at final checkout from grocer. If there are changes, the customer will be notified. If an additional payment is required or a refund is to be made, this will also be communicated to the customer.

Delivery Options:

We offer several delivery options: same-day delivery, next-day or within a 7day (same week) delivery. Same-day delivery is available for orders placed before noon, while next-day delivery is available for orders placed after noon. Please note that delivery times may vary depending on the volume of orders we receive and the availability of our delivery drivers.

 

Delivery Area:

Our most up-to-date delivery areas can be found on our website. If your delivery address is outside our stated delivery areas, please contact us before placing your order to see if we can make special arrangements.

 

Delivery Fees:

Delivery fees vary depending on your location and the size/total of your order. We may offer free delivery for orders over a certain amount, and we may also offer promotions from time to time. Delivery fees are calculated at checkout.

Order processing Fees:

A 3% processing fee is applied to all orders.

Re-Delivery:

If your first delivery window is missed due to no fault of our own, a re-delivery can be arranged. This will attract a fee ranging from $500.00 - $1,500.00, depending on location and items. 

 

Delivery Schedule:

Our delivery schedule is Monday to Saturday, with no deliveries on Sundays and public holidays. We offer delivery time slots for you to choose from, and we will do our best to deliver your order within your chosen time slot, however, delays might be possible due to traffic and other road conditions.

 

Delivery Confirmation:

Once your order has been delivered, you will receive a confirmation email or text message. Please ensure that someone is available to receive your order during your chosen delivery time slot.

Delivery Issues:

If you experience any issues with your delivery, such as missing items or damaged products, please contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue. We may offer a refund or replacement depending on the circumstances.

Return & Exchange Policy

At diliva!, we want you to be completely satisfied with your order. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please read our return and exchange policy below:

Returns:

If you receive a defective, expired or incorrect item in your order, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt. We will work with you to either replace the item or issue a refund. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition as when it was delivered, and in its original packaging.

Exchanges:

If you need to exchange an item in your order for a different size, flavor, or brand, etc, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt. We will work with you to exchange the item for a similar item of equal value. To be eligible for an exchange, the item must be unused, in the same condition as when it was delivered, and in its original packaging.

 

Refunds:

If you are not satisfied with your order and/or delivery and would like to receive a refund, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt. We will work with you to issue a refund for the item or items in question. Refunds may take up to 5 business days to process.

 

Delivery Fees:

Delivery fees are non-refundable unless the return or exchange is due to a mistake on our part.
